USER AGREEMENT
This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) constitutes a legally binding document establishing a comprehensive set of terms, rules, limitations, authorities, and procedures governing the use of the web resource dotaloot, including, but not limited to, its associated software components, service mechanisms, digital elements, functional subsystems, algorithmic modules, data structures, interface elements, and user tools (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”), access to which is provided to the user (hereinafter referred to as the “User”) either directly or through integration with the Steam service. The registration of an account, authorization via Steam, as well as any other actual use of the Website confirms that the User has reviewed, consciously accepts, confirms, and agrees to comply with the terms of this Agreement in full, without exceptions, reservations, alternative interpretations, or partial acceptance.
1. Document Status, Legal Nature, and Acceptance
1.1. This Agreement constitutes a public offer addressed to an indefinite number of individuals and is deemed accepted by the User from the moment of performing any action aimed at using the Website, including navigating to any page, clicking an interactive element, authorizing via Steam, opening a Case, or receiving Inventory.
1.2. Performance of the above actions constitutes full acceptance of the terms of this document without the need for any additional expression of consent. Refusal to accept the terms is possible exclusively prior to the commencement of use of the Website; any further use automatically confirms the User’s accession to this Agreement.
1.3. The User confirms that they possess full legal capacity, legal competence, and the right to participate in digital transactions provided by the Website, and also acknowledges all possible risks, consequences, and obligations arising from this Agreement.
2. Terms and Legal Definitions
“Steam” — a service operated by Valve Corporation that provides digital infrastructure for the storage, transfer, and use of Inventory.
“Inventory” — digital assets generated by the Case mechanics of the Website and transferred to the User’s Steam account.
“Case” — a protected digital container opened by the User during interaction with the Website.
“Personal Account” — an individual protected access area of the User on the Website containing data on Cases, Inventory, and transactions.
“Parties” — the collective designation of the User and the Owner.
Other terms shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable legislation of the Russian Federation.
3. Subject of the Agreement and License Terms
3.1. The Owner grants the User a non-exclusive, revocable, limited right to use the digital functionality, interface, and services of the Website.
3.2. Opening Cases and receiving Inventory is carried out voluntarily, using the internal settlement mechanisms of the Website.
3.3. The User confirms that they are aware of and accept the random (probabilistic) nature of Inventory issuance.
3.4. The following is prohibited:
— decompilation or interference with the operating algorithms of the Website;
— bypassing technical blocks or limitations;
— transferring access to the Website to third parties;
— use of obscene language or malicious abuse of the Website’s functionality;
— actions capable of compromising the security of the digital environment.
4. Procedure for Receiving, Storing, and Managing Inventory
4.1. Inventory received by the User through opening a Case is displayed in the Personal Account.
4.2. The User has the right to:
— accept Inventory into Steam;
— exchange Inventory for bonus points;
— store Inventory without performing any actions.
4.3. In the event of User inactivity exceeding 30 (thirty) days, the Owner has the right to restrict the withdrawal of Inventory.
4.4. Bonus points are not monetary funds and are not subject to refund.
5. Remuneration and Financial Settlements
5.1. The amount of remuneration is displayed on the Website and is charged at the moment of payment.
5.2. Transactions are processed by third-party payment services, and the fact of funds being charged is confirmed by a change in balance.
6. Personal Data and Information Processing
6.1. The User provides consent to the processing of personal data in accordance with the requirements of the GDPR and applicable legislation.
6.2. Processing includes the collection, storage, systematization, transfer, deletion, and anonymization of data.
6.3. Withdrawal of consent is carried out by contacting support@dotaloot.com and entails termination of this Agreement.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1. The Website and all its mechanisms are provided “as is”, without any guarantees of stable or error-free operation.
7.2. The Owner shall not be liable for User losses in an amount exceeding 1.08 (one euro and eight cents) euro.
7.3. Failures of servers, software components, and internet providers are recognized as force majeure circumstances.
8. Disputes and Conflict Resolution
8.1. All disputes shall be resolved through pre-trial negotiations.
8.2. In the absence of agreement, disputes shall be resolved in court at the place of registration of the Owner.
9. Disclaimer of Random Outcome (Random Outcome Disclaimer)
9.1. The User confirms and unconditionally accepts that the result of opening a Case and issuing Inventory is random, probabilistic, and unpredictable in nature, formed by an automated system. Dota Loot does not guarantee the quality, value, rarity, market price, or liquidity of any Inventory.
9.2. Any expectations of results based on statistics, personal experience, or visual materials presented on the Website do not impose any obligation on the Owner to issue specific Inventory.
10. Prohibition of Abuse / Farming / Exploit Activities
10.1. The User is strictly prohibited from, including but not limited to:
— using automated scripts, macros, bots, or emulator programs;
— mass creation of accounts for the purpose of obtaining benefits, farming, or bypassing rules;
— manipulating Case mechanics, bonus systems, or probabilistic algorithms;
— exploiting vulnerabilities, attempting to artificially increase the chances of winning, or engaging in any economically motivated or coordinated multi-account activity.
10.2. In the event such actions are detected, Dota Loot has the right to:
— block the Personal Account;
— annul issued Inventory and bonus points;
— delete accounts created for circumvention;
— transfer data to AML / Fraud systems.
11. Age Restriction 18+
11.1. Use of the Website, opening of Cases, receipt of Inventory, and participation in transactions is permitted exclusively to persons who have reached the age of 18. Continued use of the resource constitutes a legally significant confirmation of having reached the age of majority.
11.2. If underage use of the Website is detected, the Owner has the right to immediately block accounts, refuse the provision of services, and delete data without compensation.
12. Amendment of the Document
12.1. The Owner has the right to amend this Agreement unilaterally.
12.2. Continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of the amendments.

The full version of this Agreement for the DOTALOOT Website is deemed accepted by each User from the moment of actual interaction with the resource.
