To purchase a bundle, you must top up your balance only through the window that opens after clicking the “Purchase” button of the selected bundle. Direct top-up will not allow you to buy the bundle.

Usually bonuses are credited instantly, however:

Some payments may take longer than usual — wait up to 1 hour;

In rare cases, processing may take up to 3 business days.

If the bonus still hasn’t been credited:

1. Copy your user ID from the profile menu.
2. Contact support.
3. Describe the issue in detail and attach screenshots/receipts.
